Independent telco solutions provider and software developer Future Connections, known for their expertise in network performance assurance, optimization, and automation, has signed a three-year contract with Budget Thuis. The Dutch company is the first to combine energy, home internet, television, and mobile services, aiming to provide reliable services at affordable prices.
Since 2018, Future Connections has been a trusted partner of Budget Thuis (previously named NLEx), assisting with installations and services related to their Telecom Inhome Services offerings, including connections onboarding and changes, service tickets, and more.
The new contract was signed at the Budget Thuis office in Amsterdam by Wout Hut, COO and Mariska van Herwijnen, Operations Manager Customer Services for Budget Thuis, and Julien Beenakkers, CEO, and Henk Liebeton, Managed Telco Services Director, for Future Connections. Replacing the previous annual renewal cadence, the three-year agreement is a testament to the strong trust between the two partners.
An important aspect of the new agreement is Future Connections’ adoption of the Field Service Automation solution, MAx, for managing their operations. This move is expected to enhance the quality of installation services provided to Budget Thuis customers by enabling end-to-end zero-touch automation onboarding and operational management processes. As a result, consumers will enjoy more control and flexibility when ordering new installations or requesting changes.
